The Multi-Skill Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trade areas including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The role supports continuous operation of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and lighting systems. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals. Use diagnostic tools to detect malfunctions and determine solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed using maintenance management systems (CMMS). Support operational efficiency by ensuring minimal downtime through prompt response to equipment failures. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks and resolve technical issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in engineering or related field preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in multi-discipline maintenance or technician roles. Working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and facility maintenance. Ability to work with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software. Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and regulatory compliance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, if needed.
